Symptoms

By design, P4114 - Inventory Adjustments does not have the functionality of Approval Workflow. Require a functionality within P4114 - Inventory Adjustments, such that when an Inventory Adjustment is created by an User, it has to go through the approval hierarchy,and when approved by the approving authority, Item should be available for the Users for further transactions.
