E1: MOBJ: Application Page is not Rendered Correctly when Attaching File Media Objects to Applications with Embedded Media Object Viewer in 9.2

When a user tries to add a file attachment in any application that has the media object control embedded in the application form , right after file upload when user clicks the back button , the original form is not rendered correctly in browser.
If user uploads a file other than PDF , such as a word document, then the complete page is blank in browser. If the user uploads a PDF file then only the PDF document area is visible and the rest of the browser page is blacked out.
This issue is specific to Internet Explorer version 11 on Windows 7 platform. Some examples of applications which have embedded media object control where this issue can be observed are P90CG601 and P13714.
Steps to replicate-
1. Run P13700 > P13714 (Attachments tab)
2. At the WO header screen Attachment tab, click on the Media Object Viewer icon
3. Add new PDF attachment
4. Click the Back (Ctrl+Alt+B) button to exit from the Media Object Viewer screen
5. Only pdf document at the WO Header screen Attachment tab can be seen, the rest of the WO Header screen is blacked-out
Output if PDF file is attached-
For Step 3 above , if a Microsoft word document is chosen instead of a PDF file , a complete blank page is observed . See below
