Last updated on OCTOBER 27, 2020

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

When the Receipt Routing Inbound Processor (R43092Z1I) is run over 999 records the UBE stops processing when Landed Cost is added on the Purchase Order.

The following error is seen in the logs:
JDB4100006 - DP - While freeing the JDB environment, leaked data pointer (09EA1C40), pointer handle (1002), stored from File=b4300980.c, Function=F41291RetrieveLandedCostCache, Line=269.

After 999 records are processed the following error message displays:

JDB9900600 - Failed to store value, maximum exceeded. Probable cause is forgetting to call jdeRemoveDataPtr()

The logs show F41291CalcLandedCostEndDoc calls F41291RetrieveLandedCostCache which stores a data pointer but then F41291CalcLandedCostEndDoc never calls F41291RetrieveLandedCostCache again to remove it. This seems to only occur once out of 10 calls.
