When incoming supply orders fall short of current demand orders and the available to promise, ATP, is driven negative, the cumulative available to promise CATP, is calculated incorrectly. For example, while ending available is calculated correctly and is an available to promise quantity, the CATP is stated as a value that is less than the ending available.
