How to add or subtract any number of days, counting only business days (workdays)?

This document explains the following:

Calculate the number of working days which excludes holidays and weekend
Enable user to check whether a specific day is a workday or not
Based on a certain lead time, forward/backward a certain number of working days based on workday calendar (F0007)
