E1: CAF1: CafeOne Save Fails With Verification Failed On IE

After upgrading to Apps 9.2, when creating a CafeOne layout using Internet Explorer, a pop-up window appears stating Verification Failed
If users try to create the same layout using a different browser, it works without issue.
Additionally, once the layout is saved, the layout works using Internet Explorer.
