Symptoms

When inquiring on an Asset in the P1701 Equipment Master followed by taking a Row Exit to Service History / Work Orders and the P1701 processing option 2 Work With Work Orders (P48201/P48022) Program in the Process Tab is set to Blank to call a version of the P48201, In the Versions Tab of the P1701 a specific version is populated to call that version of the P48201 i.e. AC, and the versions processing option for P48022 Search for Equipment Work Orders is blank. The P1701 calls the ZJDE0001 version of the P48201, not the one named in the P48201 version processing option i.e. AC. If any version, even one that does not truly exist i.e. XXX or BCA is populated in the P48022 version processing option. When the same test is performed i.e. Inquire on an Asset in the P1701 Equipment Master followed by taking a Row Exit to Service History / Work Orders and the P1701 processing option 2 Work With Work Orders (P48201/P48022) Program in the Process Tab is still set to Blank, now the correct version of the P48201 is called i.e. AC. It seems the system is validating against the P48022 Versions processing option to call a version of P48201

1. Create a version of the P48201 i.e. AC
2. Go to P1701 processing options and make sure that processing option 2 Work With Work Orders (P48201/P48022) Program In the Process Tab is set to Blank.
3. In the version tab of the P1701 populate the version of the P48201 just created i.e. AC.
4. Make sure P48022 version processing option is Blank
5. Inquire on an asset in the P1701 then Row Exit to Service History / Work Orders and notice the P48201 is called, but its the incorrect version i.e. its ZJDE0001 not AC
6. In the versions tab of the P1701 now populate the P48022 processing option with a true version or a bogus version i.e. XXX or BBB
7. Inquire on an asset in the P1701 then Row Exit to Service History / Work Orders and notice the P48201 is called with the correct version of i.e. AC this time.
