Symptoms

After running AREF Budget Calculation (R15L1091) and then running the AREF Budget Calculation Audit Report (R15L1098), for new units, the following issues are noted on the R15L1098:
     a.    Share Factor is showing a different value in the F15L38 table than the value show on the R15L1098 report.
     b.    Administration Fee amount on the R15L1098, it appears that the amount is divided by the number of months the EP covers rather than having the amount to be the total amount.  The other values on the EP calculation on the R15L1098 are showing totals.
