E1: UBE: PDF Files Are Not Inserted Into Database After Upgrade to 9.2.1.x Tools Release (Doc ID 2207316.1)

The tools release has been upgraded to, and the necessary ESU's have been applied to DV920 environment. Submitting a UBE completes successfully on the enterprise server, but the pdf file is getting created in the PrintQueue directory of enterprise server, instead of the database.
