Symptoms
Schedule of Values value is not limiting the number of units that can billed on a Unit Price Type Billing line. Per the Implementation Guide, the Schedule of Values for non-T&M billing types should function in the same manner that Not to Exceed (NTE) does for T&M billing pay types.
Bug 24375407- Caused the following issues:
- Allowing the SCOV to be overwritten
- Unit Price Type Billing Lines with Tax
- Billing lines from contracts that had previously been overbilled
Error: Total Invoice Amount Exceeded is received when attempting to create an invoice
