Symptoms

P17012S W17012SD Equipment Search/Select does not refresh and re-populate data for Customer Number and Site Number.

Also if adding a new case from P17500. P90CG504 opens. Fill in the requested information, including the Serial number (e.g. 123). System checks from entitlement and populates the Contract number automatically.
Change the Serial number (e.g. 456), note the contract number is not refreshed.
