E1: 12: Actual Units Total Incorrectly- Just Adding Numbers

Bug Request #22928519 - R514121 NOT TOTALLING UNITS was entered because accounts with Method of Computation "L" were not rolling up and totaling correctly in the Actual Units column on the report. Now after that was fixed, the system is simply adding up all numbers in that column and totaling -without regard to units of measure.
System should correctly total Actual Units column based on all accounts that are in that cost code. If there isn't the same unit of measurement it should leave the total blank. If the unit of measurement is blank it should total the units. Blank is considered a unit of measurement.
