E1: 42: P4210 - Unable To Enter Sales Orders Over 100 Lines (Doc ID 2209458.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.0 version, Sales

When attempting to add a sales order in the P4210 for over 100 lines the orders are not created. When attempting to add multiple sales orders in the P4210 that total over 100 lines only the orders that total less than 100 lines are created. Once any order exceeds the 100 line total it will not be created. No error are shown to the user and the entire orders are lost.
 
The following errors can be seen in the jde.log.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) P4210. Enter a normal stcok order with over 100 lines.
2) Re-inquire and the order was not created.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter orders over 100 lines or enter back to back orders that total over 100 lines.
