E1: 31: 'Exceeds Quantity' Error On Negative Serialized Item WO Completions (Doc ID 2209826.1)

E1 9.0 / P31114 Work Order Completion

It is NOT possible to remove a serialized assembly from inventory in order to dis-assemble and return the components to inventory (stock) with
a negative quantity (-1) work order that is NOT the work order that originally put the item into inventory.

When performing a work order completion (P31114) on a serialized item, the system normally checks to make sure that the F41021.PQOH is not
greater than 1 for the lot (serial number) being competed.
While this is a valid check, when the completed quantity on a 'new' work order is set to -1 to remove the item from inventory, the error checking
does not take into account the sign of the completion and incorrectly gives an error indicating the quantity exceeds 1.

ERROR: Quantity Restriction Exceeded for Item / Error Id 4723

(Note: Bug 11055270 (Error On Negative Quantity WOs) indicates that negative work order functionality is supported only on lot controlled items.
It is currently not supported for serialized items).
