E1: 07: Excludable Amount is Different Between State C & H when the Earnings are Split Between Two States

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When employees have earnings between two states (ie: MN/WI) and their time cards have non-taxable subsistence pay, the Excludable Amount is prorated between state tax type C in error. The Excludable Amount between C & H for each state should match.
