E1: 51F: P51F100 RBLA Totals Display Double When Accounts Roll Up to a Header Account Using MOC A (Doc ID 2210717.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 05, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Advanced Job Forecasting - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The Job Forecast is displaying a double total of Revised Budget Amounts (RBLA) with the following account setup:

Account Setup
Cost Code Cost Type MOC LOD RBLA
02200   A 7
02200 1340 Y 8
02200 1341 I 9 5,000
02200 1342 I 9 500
02200 1343 I 9 100

Based on the above setup, the detail accounts (Method of Computation (MOC) I and level of detail (LOD 9) will roll up to LOD 8 and show a RBLA amount of $5,600, which is correct. When the P51F100 - Job Forecast Details is created, it shows a total for the RBLA amounts at the Header account level (MOC A and LOD 7) of $11,200 because it is including both the LOD 8 total and LOD 9 amounts again. This results in the budget total being displayed as a double amount.

Budgets recorded at a level of detail 9 that roll up and total at an account with a LOD 8 should not be included in the total again at a lower LOD.
