Symptoms
When working on an application, it was noticed that there is an error with the index listed below:
This was discovered when trying to utilize the F4115.Fetch Single operation.
At this client, they noted their current index format was in the naming scheme ending with _PK, and upon further investigation, there were 3809 indexes in this format.
