E1: 008ES: In Employee Self Service for Open Enrollment the Employee DBA Rate is not Populated (Doc ID 2214653.1)

Symptoms

In Employee Self Service for benefit Open Enrollment an employee selects a different plan within a category (DEN to DEN1). Both plans have plan options with rates. When the Update Benefits Information to Live Tables (R087724) is run the prior plan is ended in Employee Enrollment (F08330) and the new plan started, also the prior DBA is ended in Employee DBA Instructions (F06106) but the rate (RTAM) on the new DBA is not populated in F06106.
