When a sales order is entered (via P4210), the line can be split into multiple lines due to different lot codes. Included in the Price History (P4074) is a Detached Adjustment (Adjustment Control 6 as defined in P4071).
-The 2% allowance is multiplied by the order quantity in each lot code and rounded.
The pricing for the Detached Adjustment is a trade discount given as off invoice allowance less 2% Allowance ( cash allowance in lieu of discount). The result of this is rounded to two digits:
However, as the lines get split multiple times by partial shipments a rounding issue occurs which impacts invoicing (R42565).
Is it possible is to utilize the “Rounding Adjustment” in the Adjustment control code in the Price Adjustment definition program P4071? However, we do not know how to create a Rounding Rule in the Price Adjustment Detail Revisions program (P4072).
