Symptoms

After upgrading the tools release on the Deployment Server to Tools Release 9.2.1.0, and building the first full package which uploads the objects with files into the Database Repository, users will encounter issues in OMW. If the user goes into OMW and checks out an application with a bitmap that has been delivered in an ESU or a custom application, then goes into design, the screen will be blank or incomplete. Issue may also occur for other object types.

A second issue with OMW New Application Check In was also reported on bug 25370666. Fix pack 9.2.1.0.2 is available that includes both the above issue and the new app check in issue.
