In P07210I, if user tries to do a tax override for tax type D only (zero it) and hits the calculate button, when they look in tax detail they notice that the tax type E disappears. If they try to zero tax type E then tax type D disappears. Same thing happens with tax types P and Q.
This enhancement request is to modify the system so that it allows different tax withholding for tax types D, E, P, and Q since once an employee reaches $200,000 different tax withholding amounts apply for P versus Q and D and E.
