P95400 Work with Application Failure Records

View Saved Data returns a blank screen

When trying to view the saved data for an application failure record in P95400 it retrieves a blank screen.
There are no buttons, nor any information.

Able to see the required data for application failure

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open P95400 and View Saved Data on an application failure
