If an Australian employee is terminated the system should allow a new Address Book record to be added for the employee with the same Tax File Number. Add the functionality to allow a new Address Book record/ Address Book Number, with the same Tax File Number, to be added for terminated Australian employees. The original record needs to retain the TFN for tax reporting and payment summary generation purposes. This is a requirement as part of the end of financial year processing. If the user does not have a TFN, the generation of the payment summaries will not be accurate as the system cannot have the tax file numbers for both Employee Numbers.
