E1: 07: Add Anniversary Proration Rule Functionality that Allows Proration Matching DBA Split (Doc ID 2218791.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne US Payroll - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Enhancement Request: Currently, the system allows two options for the Anniversary Proration Rule, either allocate all accrued time and time taken for the employee to the next anniversary year or allocate accruals across both anniversary years based on the number of pay period days before the employee's anniversary date in relation to the number of total days in the pay period. An option should be added to the Anniversary Proration Rule that allows proration matching the DBA splits of the DBA detail. When the DBA is calculated based on time entered and split among timecards, if the timcards are entered across Fiscal/ Anniversary years, there should be an option to have the Accrual Proration occur based on that split.
