Sometimes after restarting services for the enterprise server, some reports end in 'E' (error) status but just for the first run of the batch version. Whenever the issue happens, the following errors appear in the jde log file for the report.
This issue only applies to customers on a 9.1 tools release prior to 220.127.116.11. The issue has been fixed in tools release 18.104.22.168.
