When working on Work Center expanding messages in the different queues the next arrow at the top all of a sudden disappears.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Sign on to E1
- Fast path to G02
- Click on Workflow Management
- Select Employee Queue Manager
- Search for address book 6001
- Select the record
- On the next screen expand the personal basket and the arrow will appear
- Open the first message and the arrow will disappear and it shouldn't.
