Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer is using a Load Balancing solution such as Oracle Traffic Director as an entry point for all HTTP traffic to the JDE related services.
The users access only this machine (and standard port). This way, the Data center can setup a better secure the network and can provide the users a friendly URL like http://smc.mycompany.com. This in turn reroutes to http://jas:8999/manage.
The problem arises at the log file level for Server Manager.
This scenario generates the following errors in the SVM Console log:
Customer wants to be able to download logs through the Load Balancer for usability and security reasoning.
