E1: 17: No Object Reservation for Warranty Claims P1777 and P17710 (Doc ID 2222717.1)

Symptoms

When a user is inquiring on a Warranty Claim header (P1777) or Warranty Claim Parts Detail (P17710), if another user accesses the same record, the system will not display a record reservation error. This occurs even if both applications are listed in UDC 00/RR.
