E1: 42: ProcessSalesOrder Does Not Allow Price Override (Doc ID 2223206.1)

On : 9.0 version, BSSV

When using processSalesOrder JP420000 to override a price when a creating a new order for a customer that does not have any advanced pricing adjustments applied, the price override is not applied.

The price override should apply.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) P4106. Setup a basic price for a stock item.
2) P03013. Select a customer that does not have any Adjustment Schedule attached. Advanced Pricing is not being used for this customer.
3) P4210. Enter an order and override the price. Note the override stays.
4) SoapUI. Create a payload with a price override and submit. Note the override price does not apply. The basic price applies instead.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the price on sales orders created through processSalesOrder JP420000 BSSV.
