E1: 43: Unterminated Cache Error CAC0001111 in Logs Using Multiple Locations in Receipt Routing (Doc ID 2224041.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When performing a Movement and Disposition (P43250) in receipt routing, various caches are not getting cleared when selecting the multiple locations window on a partial movement.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Setup a two step receipt route.
2. Enter a purchase order using the P4310.
3. Receive the purchase order into a receipt route using the P4312.
4. Move the inventory to stock using the P43250, but use the multiple locations window to enter a new location.
5. Review the jdedebug.log. The following messages are written to the log:
