Symptoms

After migrating from Xe to 9.2 there are random performances issues, in different applications.

For example: users launch an application (for instance P4210) but they immediately have an error message saying a product code cannot be loaded.
The application form is opened but cannot be used.
The problem does not always occur, but when it does, many apps are impacted.

In order to solve the issue the enterprise server is stopped and delete dd specs.

But eventually the issue appears again.
