Information in this document applies to any platform.
When an employee is enrolled in a plan; and that plan is excluded from the Available Plans/Plan Options Workfile build (R085520) so that the employee can't make changes to it, the costs of those plans are still reflected on the Benefit Confirmation Statements (P085568) without any explanation or plan listed. It is just rolling into the totals which causes extreme confusion due to these being overstated by the cost of the excluded plan(s).
