Last updated on AUGUST 17, 2017

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.1 and later
IBM i on POWER Systems

Symptoms

A power outage caused both the iSeries Power 7 Enterprise Server and the Windows Server 2008R2 WebSphere 7.0.0.19 Web Server to crash unexpectedly. On restart of both systems, the services appear to start normally on the iSeries and the Web Server. However, the production environment seemed to run fine with just a few users logged in via a Web Client, but once the user count passed 8-10 users they start getting a "500 Internal Server Error" message and are not able to login.
