During SO entry the item descriptions automatically populated in the SO entry program and the F4211 Description 1 (DSC1) and Description 2 (DSC2) is in the customer language set up in Alternative Item Description (F4101D). The warehouse workers do not speak the customer language. There should be an ability to populate the description field information in the user vs. customer language.
