When copying tab security setting, duplicate may appear if different language users are involved.
Column FSSETY, FSUSER, FSOBNM, FSDTAI, FSFRDV, FSSY are the primary key for table F00950.
Column FSFRDV (From Value) for security type 8 (tab security) is filled with tab id from column FSTABID and concatenated with the tab description, in English or Spanish, depending on the language of the user that makes the setup.
It is possible to have two tab security records for the same tab where one has FSFRDV filled with English while the second filled with Spanish and this affect performance and audit purposes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Sign in as English user, run P00950 and create a tab sec record for role A
2. Sign in as Spanish user, run P00950 and create a tab sec record for role B
3. Sign in as Spanish user run P00950 copy tab sec record for role A to role B
4. Now you have 2 records for role B that is actually the same thing except FSFRDV is different
