E1: 42: Changing The Price Using Pricing History Does Not Cause Order To Go On AH Hold

In P42101 the customer is using AH hold to trigger approval hold on changes to critical fields on sales order. When the customer changes the price using Pricing history Row Exit, the AH hold is not triggered. P4210 does not have this issue.
