E1: 49: Inconsistent Consolidation Results When Entering ship Date On Different Lines

Symptoms
When entering orders with multiple lines with Single Order consolidation and depending whether dates are populated on the first or second line the consolidation results are different.
Steps to Duplicate:
Test 1:
1. Enter multiple line Order and populate Promised Ship (PPDJ) date on line 1 however no date on line 2 and line 3 and all lines end up on the same shipment, which is incorrect.
Test 2:
1. Enter multiple line Order and let dates default on line 1 and populate Promised Ship date on line 2 then both lines end up on different shipments which is correct.
