E1: 03B: Update Receipt Header (R03B551) Should Use All F03B13Z1 Records For A Receipt To Find The Customer
(Doc ID 2232221.1)
Last updated on FEBRUARY 09, 2017
Applies to:JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Accounts Receivable - Version 9.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Currently, Update Receipt Header (R03B551) only uses the first Electronic Receipts Input table (F03B13Z1) record for a receipt to find the customer that is sending the receipt.
In case the information on the first F03B13Z1 does not lead R03B551 to find the customer, it creates a logged receipt. This is even if the customer information is on the second (or any subsequent) record.
Clients are requesting that R03B551 takes all F03B13Z1 records into account when trying to find the customer paying the receipt.
