E1: OMW: Not Able To Change User Role In Tools Release 188.8.131.52 To 184.108.40.206 and Fails with Error "Activeconsole not working"

User is unable to change user role in tools release 220.127.116.11. E1 crashes and disappears or the user gets "Activeconsole not working" error message while changing user role.
Issue is reproducible in 18.104.22.168 as well.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to OMW and expand the owners
2. Chose an owner and click select
3. Change 02, to 03 or 04 and click OK
4. E1 crashes and disappear
5. Re-login to E1 the owner is still the same
