E1: OMW: Not Able To Change User Role In Tools Release 9.2.1.0 To 9.2.0.5 and Fails with Error "Activeconsole not working" (Doc ID 2232501.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to change user role in tools release 9.2.0.5.  E1 crashes and disappears or the user gets "Activeconsole not working" error message while changing user role.

Issue is reproducible in 9.2.1.0 as well.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to OMW and expand the owners
2. Chose an owner and click select
3. Change 02, to 03 or 04 and click OK
4. E1 crashes and disappear
5. Re-login to E1 the owner is still the same
