Symptoms

In trying to get Address Book Master information with <entityName> which is Alpha Name (F0101.ALPH) via CustomerManager JP010020), which ends in error as below,


Cause: Address book number not found in F0101G(Global location number for address book) for the GLN

Resolution: Please enter a GLN for the Address book number using the P01012 application

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
To be able to upload Customer Master records without receiving an error
BUSINESS IMPACT
Users are unable to use the BSSV functionality for customer records
