Symptoms

When entering a string in Sold to/Ship to for a new sales order in P42101, the system doesn't open Address Book Long Number Search (P0101SL) to suggest the records .

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Open P42101 Sales order in order to enter a new sales order .
  2. Auto Suggest and Auto Populate options are checked in Tools options .
  3. Enter an alphanumeric string in the Sold to field and press TAB button. The system doesn't open the Visual Assist for Address Book Long Number Search and also doesn't show red error .
  4. Enter an alphanumeric string in the Ship to field and press TAB button. The system doesn't open the Visual Assist for Address Book Long Number Search and also doesn't show red error .
