P4310 PO Entry

In the case of forward scheduling for transportation purchase orders, the promised ship date and promised delivery date are not calculated correctly.

1.Setup the workday calendar for B/P, Carrier and Supplier.
2.In the routing entry, setup the Origin as the supplier, destination address as B/P address, lead days as 1 and transit days as 3.
3.Create a transportation purchase order for this B/P,supplier and carrier combination for 05-Feb which is a Friday.
4.The expectation is that promised ship date would be 08-Feb[working day] and promised delivery date would be 11-Feb[Working day].
5.However system does NOT populate the promised ship date and even promised delivery date is incorrectly populated as current date.
