When a Service Contract is Cancelled via the "Form Exit" - Cancel Contract, this will Cancel the Entire Contract which is Correct.
However, this also Grays Out the Contract Status (CNSTS) field which then does NOT allow the user to update the Contract Status and be moved to a Cancelled Status.
The Cancel Contract Form (W1721C) SHOULD have the ability to Update the Contract Status on this Form at time of Cancellation.
Because once the Contact is cancelled the Contract Status (CNSTS) is Grayed Out and the status Can NOT be updated.
Therefore, there MUST be the option to change the status at time the contract is Cancelled (W1721C) form.
The Status field needs to be added to this form
