E1: 07: Enhancement To Allow Hawaii/CA SDI Tax Type: "I" Not To Print On Pay Stub (Doc ID 2238253.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 01, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne US Payroll - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Work With Tax Area Information / P069012

Hawaii and California SDI is printing on the pay stub and on the payroll register (R073012) even when there is no historical or current amount calculations.
It appears that in 9.0 the Hawaii and California SDI doesn't print on the R073012 in situation where there is no current or historical history for the SDI tax, however it prints in 9.2.
If you try to change the Method of Printing to an N while the tax is Employee paid you get an Invalid Print Rule error.
If you change the tax to a company paid tax and change the method of printing to an N then the description still prints on the pay stub and R073012 in 9.2.
