ECO Work Order Routing Entry Errors - (Error ID 0294 - Item Branch Record Does Not Exist)
The ECO application is not allowing a user to manually enter in the routing steps. When a Routing is Manually Entered, a hard error is generated 'Item
Branch Record Does Not Exist'. This error is usually associated when trying to use non-stock items, none of the Items we are using are setup as non-stock.
However, when a Routing is added by using the from existing to either Copy by Item and/or Copy by WO, the Routing is added without any Errors.
