E1: CAF1: Not Able to Edit a CAFE1 URL Pointing to a PDF in Tools Release 9.2.0.8 - IE Only

Symptoms

In Tools Release 9.2.0.8, when creating a URL content for any application to point to a PDF. After the CAFE1 is saved it is not possible to edit it.

STEPS:
Adding a CAFE1 pointing to a PDF

 

After clicking on Save the save icon changes to the i.

 

In order to edit a CAFE1 the end user clicks on the i and the edit icons should appear

 

When using IE clicking on the i does never get the edit icons. This issue is specific to IE. Firefox and Chrome work fine.
