ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
R41803 coding issue

Global Reporting Code Update R41803 is coded such that the code issues identical (duplicate) update statements for as many times as there are item branch records. Meaning that for an item with seven (7) branch records, can each updated table updated multiple times with the exact same update statement.

B4002430 passes in the new LITM and AITM and the existing ITM is used as the only key when fetching records from tables listed in UDC 40/IC (Inventory/Item Change Files), this can result in an entire table scan. A table scan will cause the process to execute very slowly.  Base skeleton is designed in such a way that the data is processed dynamically based on LITM only.  Changing this base design needs an enhancement effort.
