E1: 03B: Invoiced This Year Not Updating on New Customer Records

Symptoms

After creating a New Customer Record in the current fiscal year or migrating data for a new customer in the current fiscal year from a prior software (such as JD Edwards World), and subsequently running the Statistical History (R03B16A) twice, the system wipes out the Invoiced This Year value.
