Symptoms
Configured item work order is getting cancelled
Create a sales order for a configured item using the power form P42101. This creates a work order at beginning status of '10'. Changing the requested date on this existing configured sales order is closing the related work order. The system generates a warning message (WAR9) "Status update of WO 0 not allowed” and its changes the status of the related work orders to 85 which is the canceled status from the processing option of the called version of the P48013.
This seems to only be occurring with configured items and not stock or discrete items. Also, user has noticed that if you don’t change the date of the configured line the WO status changes to 10 as normal.
Would like the related work order to not close when changing the requested date of an existing configured sales order
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a configured sales order using P42101
2. While it is still at the beginning status without parts list and routing attached inquire on the sales order and change the requested date
3. Accept the changes and check the related work order. It is canceled to 85 status
