Symptoms

The functionality to exclude or create an adjustment based upon subledger account in the Expense Participation Adjustment form, does not exist.   Requesting this functionality to be added.

Client needs to:
a) Be able to identify that all subledgers of an account are to be exclude without having to identify all the specific subledger/subledger type combinations (this should be the default)
       E.g. Bu 1, OBJ 2, Sub 3, Subledger "*", Subledger type "*"

b) Be able to identify one or more subledger and subledger type combinations that are associated with a specific account for exclusion (the subledgers may not exist at the time of coding)
       Bu 1, OBJ 2, Sub 3, Subledger 123, Subledger type A
       Bu 1, OBJ 2, Sub 3, Subledger 123, Subledger type B
       Bu 1, OBJ 2, Sub 3, Subledger 124, Subledger type B

c) Be able to identify the combination of some subledger and subledger types that include the value "Blank" E.g.
Bu 1, OBJ 2, Sub 3, Subledger "Blank", Subledger type "Blank"
       Bu 1, OBJ 2, Sub 3, Subledger 123, Subledger type A
       Bu 1, OBJ 2, Sub 3, Subledger 1234, Subledger type B

d) Ensure that all subledgers and selected subledgers are not used in the same exclusion. The following would be invalid:
      Bu 1, OBJ 2, Sub 3, Subledger "*", Subledger type "*"
      Bu 1, OBJ 2, Sub 3, Subledger 123, Subledger type A

e) Have the amounts associated with the account/subledger/subledger types excluded/adjusted from the class exposure in the same manner that excluding/adjusting an account currently recorded in the EP calculation and in the associated audit tables. (show the exclusion, along with existing values, on AccountExcl/Adj field)

f) If all subledgers associated with an account are excluded/adjusted from the account with a value of Subledger "*", Subledger type "*" one entry for the account containing the account's total value should be recorded in the audit table not the amount associated with each subledger within the account.

g) When selected subledgers are excluded from the account one entry per subledger should be recorded in the audit table.
